Fire and Steel artwork is produced by Elaine and Bill Snell from within Elliott Metal Works, a family owned and operated metal working business inherited from Elaine’s grandfather. Elaine taught art to middle and high school students for over 20 years. Bill studied Architecture and Building Sciences and has worked as a designer, engineer and metal fabricator.
